The Ile-de-France-based start-up, which specializes in the development of innovative solutions for manual dexterity rehabilitation, has been selected to join the incubator of the Brain Institute, the largest facility dedicated to translational neuroscience in Europe.

Dextrain has been selected to join iPEPS – The Healthtech Hub, the Brain Institute’s start-up incubator, and its new acceleration space dedicated to medical technologies and artificial intelligence. By joining the incubator, Dextrain is getting closer to the Brain Institute, a research center of excellence specialized in neuroscience, located in the heart of the Pitié-Salpétrière hospital, the largest neurology hospital in France. The iPEPS incubator should provide an ideal framework for the development of Dextrain, an interface between the world of Medtech start-ups, innovation financing, university research and the clinic.

This merger should also facilitate future partnerships with scientific and clinical teams to continue to provide innovative solutions for manual dexterity rehabilitation.

« Dextrain is proud to have been selected by the selection committee to join the iPEPS incubator » says Loïc Poirier, President of Dextrain. « This is a real opportunity for Dextrain to access the many resources that are available to start-ups ».
